It is just about 9pm. We are finally home. To say that it was a rough day would be a huge understatement. Tonsils and adenoids came out about two hours later than we were told, but the surgery went well. He got a bit wheezy so they put him on some ventalon and steroids. He was sick a couple of times and is just exhausted. We weren't discharged until after 7pm. Luckily we live over a pharmacy and the owner is amazing. She helped out a lot tonight and we love her.
I am going to try to get some pain medication into him now so he is comfortable. Thanks for all of the well wishin' - we really appreciate it!
