So it has come to this. We have screwed the tv cabinet shut. We hardly ever have to open it and Dylan has outsmarted us on every other attempt to keep it closed. He just loves the prying open and slamming shut of these glass doors and we thought it best to put a stop to that, toute suite. The other day however, we wanted to listen to the iPod and we had forgotten to leave the connector accessible. I got out the screwdriver, opened the unit, got it started and screwed it back shut. After the demonstration, Dylan took a crack at getting his favourite toy back into circulation.
