Wild Wednesday

Wednesday morning started with an impromptu tag along to Neven's downtown meeting. We decided that it would be fun to stroll the streets of Toronto while he was busy and then we all went to the St. Lawrence Market when he was done. It was a first time visit for both Neven and Dylan and lots of fun. We got some very delicious cheese and olives for a snacky sort of lunch when we got home.

After our lunch and a nap Dylan and I had our first Mommy sort of group. A preview class of the neigbourhood Gymboree. It was pretty alright. There were lots of songs, bubbles (which Dylan loves), massage, more songs, playing with balls and a crazy clown. What more could a baby ask for? There was also a little girl that Dylan had his eye on...she was a cutie!

We came home for a little nap and some dinner and then we were off again! This time down to the skydome for the Jays game. When we got there we could not believe how great our seats were. Neven and I have never been so close! It was very exciting and more than a little nerve wracking on a couple occasions. Denise and I were a bit jumpy about the whole foul ball situation. Just when we thought we had that under control people were begging for the balls to be thrown into our section at the end of the innings! We practised our "Duck and Cover" and relied on Neven and his trusty glove to protect us.

Oh yeah and I made my first cheesecake - we had some for breakfast (oh yeah-that is how we roll in the Stoski house) and it was delicious!
