Well Naomi told me to nap and today that is exactly what I have done.
Woke up at 7am, had breakfast, watched Jack Bauer save the world for a bit and then fell asleep. FOR THREE AND A HALF HOURS!!
Seriously rejuvenated, I went for a nice long walk to Fabricland. (Jenn - I got the fabric for you!!) Of course on the way I stopped for my new favourite - a chai chiller from Second Cup - and did a little window shopping.
Now I think that some lunch is in order and then - you guessed it - another nap!
