Big weekend

This was a big exciting weekend.

Saturday morning mommy did her yoga, and we slept as you know from the last post. Then Denise and Kevin came over and we all traveled to Royal York station to taste the Kingsway. None of us knew what that would taste like, but it was pretty alright. From what we could gather it tastes like a coffee to start and then some beers to finish. Here is a pic of me trying to decide what taste I will like better.

And the Taste of the Kingsway festival is not just about food. Oh no! Mommy found a great wrap around dress to wear to an upcoming wedding. It even comes with an instructional DVD - there are so many ways to wear it. Mommy would prefer if it came with the nice lady who sold it to her, as she was very helpful and it would be nice to have dresser, but she will settle for the DVD. We wandered around some more and then came home to have a deck bevy before naptime. Those adults were pretty tired.

Today was another big day. We started by attending the Midwife Alliance picnic, or as Steph likes to call it "Baby Olympics". She imagined that all of us babies would be competing to see who was the best at rolling over and being cute. She would have been disappointed. There was no competition, but lots of snuggles. Here I am hanging out with Naomi who attended to my birth some 20 weeks ago.

Then it was off to Jenn and Steve's for the Lucas Birthday Bonanza! There were lots of babies, toys and great food. Steve made his famous burgers and Lisa made a delicious cake.
Here I am a little hungry from the trip up...

Griffin loves tissue paper!!

Mommy made this t-shirt for Griffin.
Get it?! Jenn's a real estate agent! That makes it even funnier!

We had a fabulous weekend and now we are exhausted!
Stay tuned this week as we go to the doctor (a new one - cross your fingers!), have a lunch date with an older woman (she's 9 months!), go to another Jays game and head up to York to see Mommy's work friends!
